Neutrogena Cosmetics

Hey guys! I'm writing to you all tonight because I have been testing out some awesome Neutrogena products thanks to BzzAgent. I am in love with these review sites. They basically send you free awesome stuff and you just give your honest opinion on it, and that's what I am doing today.  We have all heard of Neutrogena and I just want to share some products with you today that I am currently testing, and liking a lot for the most part.
I have used their products before but had not tried the MoistureSmooth Color Sticks, Healthy Lengths Mascara or Crease Proof Eye Shadows. I have been absolutely loving the mascara. It really does add a lot of length with just one coat on the lashes. I usually use two coats and I'm good to go. It doesn't clump but most importantly it does not smudge. There's nothing worse than a mascara that smudges throughout the day. This lasted from 10 in the morning to when I took my makeup off before bed. Very impressed.

I am also enjoying the MoistureSmooth Color Stick. I have the shade watermelon. It smells amazing and leaves my lips feeling smooth and moisturized. It gives off a nice pink tint to the lips and feels great. It wears a good amount of time, but I didn't expect it to last all day. I'm not usually a fan of frosty lips but this is just subtle, so it looks nice.

As for the Crease Proof Eye Shadows, they're not my favorite to wear on their own, but work well as a base for powder shadows. They did not crease on me and I wore them throughout an entire work day. I'm not a fan of cream shadows by themselves, but as I said they are great to use as bases. The color payoff isn't the best, but it's definitely not the worst either. Overall, I am enjoying these products and will continue to test them out. If you're looking for other great products from this to try out I recommend the shine free rice powder. It is a lovely translucent powder that I use to set my foundation and concealer.

♡ Sweetheart VoxBox! ♡

Hey guys! I am so excited that I received this month's VoxBox which is called the Sweetheart VoxBox (cute Influenster, I see what you did there). I nearly died when I got it in the mail because it had a bright pink heart on the box, as soon as I saw that, I knew what it was.  There's some really exciting products in this box that I am really excited to try out, there's not one thing in the box that I won't try.  If you guys would like a detailed review on any of these products, please feel free to let me know and I will do that! I may just do it anyways :)

So the first product is this Olay Fresh Effects powered contour cleansing system.  I would compare this to the Clarisonic or anything of the sort.  The cleanser is battery operated and vibrates.  I haven't gotten to test this out yet, but I am intrigued!

Next is the Not Your Mother's 'Beach Babe' texturizing sea salt spray.  I got really excited when I saw this in the box because my sister actually has this stuff and I know that it smells aahhhhmazing. I haven't tried it but I am excited to! The packaging is adorable and I have heard really good things about this brand from others.

The next product is the Secret "Stress Sweat" deodorant. (I always spell deodorant wrong, probably because I am always told I say it wrong out loud too, oh well). Anyways, I am on the market for a new deodorant and this one smells amazing.  If you know me, you know that I am always super stressed out so maybe this one will be fitting.... hence the name.

Finally, the Skinny Girl on-the-go bars seem so delicious! I got a coconut flavored one in my box and I think I will have it for breakfast before or during the ride to work on Thursday.  It sounds seriously so good. I hope I like them because I am trying to be on a healthy eating kick.  I do well for like a week then somehow I fall off the wagon and do bad for two more weeks. You can't win, right?  But maybe with these bars it'll help me stay on track! Especially because I have trouble fitting breakfast in, in the morning. We'll see!

Well ladies and gentlemen, that's what I have for you this evening. I will do a more detailed blog post on some of these products if you'd like.  I am really excited about this VoxBox, it's my favorite one yet.  Thanks for tuning in :)

Disclaimer: I received these products for free from Influenster for testing purposes.  However, all opinions are my own and I am not being paid for this. Just spreading the word :)

Review: Sole Society

Hi guys, I wanted to let you all know about an awesome website where you can get adorable shoes at an affordable price.  Sole Society shoes start at $49.95 .... but I have a promo code so you can get your first pair $25 off, which is pretty sweet.  Unfortunately, if you have already purchased from Sole Society, this promo code will not work.  I found that out the hard way when I went to purchase another pair, but the promo code was not applicable because I have already purchased from the website before... LAME. I wasn't too happy about that, but whatever.  I would like to say that I do thoroughly enjoy their shoes, however.  I purchased a pair a while ago and they are good quality, for a good price.  They have a large collection of shoes for any occasion and you'll be likely to find something you like.

Promo code for $25 off your first pair: INFLUENSTER25

Kiss Nail Drying Time Goodbye with Kiss Nail Dress!

My very own Kiss Nail Dresses!

Hey everyone!  I have another product review for you all.  This time, I have the Kiss Nail Dress nail stickers for you.  These things were a dream to work with and ended up looking completely adorable.  I have small nails so usually the press on things look a little ridiculous and I have to file them down insanely, but these looked really cute and would look awesome on anyone's nails.  These are $6.99 at all mass retailers and drugstores.

These are awesome because you can use them on your nails AND your toes, so they're perfect for the summertime when your pedi may be lacking and you need a quick fix.  These took me about 10 minutes to apply.  I don't know if I mentioned before, but I work with my hands at my job and my nails NEVER last more than a day.  These lasted around 4 days for me which is quite impressive. Usually they would peel off and chip everywhere.  These didn't and I was very happy about that.  Removing them was easy as well.  All you have to do is peel them off, and they do not ruin your nails when you take them off either.

Overall I'd give these an A because they were easy to use, long lasting, and most of all.. very cute when on the nails. I got tons and tons of compliments on them. So thank you Kiss for making a product that is enjoyable AND adorable!

Disclaimer: I received this product from the Influenster program which is a website that sends you samples to review.  All opinions are honest and all opinions are my own.  I am not being paid for this review.

Review: Broadway Nails imPRESS Press-on Manicure

Hello all, so I have my first review on here for you all, and I'm excited to say it's for the imPRESS manicure press on nails.  Sounds like it's for little kids, right? But, believe it or not these bad boys are super adorable and natural looking, especially if you're in a rush, or just don't feel like painting your nails and going through the whole shpiel of waiting for them to dry, etc.
So... as far as designs go, they have a bunch of them. They have plain colors which range from around $5.99 and patterns for $7.99, not bad, right? I had the animal/snake print looking ones, which I was happy with.
I should probably mention that I received these complimentary from Influenster. I got them in my College VoxBox to test out, and let you guys know how I liked them! I was so excited when I saw these. But let me tell you a little more about them; number one: THEY DON'T DAMAGE YOUR NAILS. There is no glue involved and when I took mine off my nails were completely as they were before I applied them.  There was no peeling, and no breaking, and that was a plus for me, because nail glue is certainly no good for your nails.
As far as how long they last, for me... they lasted about 3-4 days and I had to replace a few of them.  It says that they're supposed to last for up to a week, but I'm not sure that'd be possible. I was on Thanksgiving break and wasn't working or anything. I wasn't doing much and they were still popping off, so that's pretty much my only complaint. But they do provide you with enough back ups in case a few of them do end up coming off.
Overall I really enjoyed trying these out.  I had always seen the commercials for them on TV and wanted to try them but just never did. I recommend them if you're in a rush or just need a pick me up.  They're really easy and end up looking really cute.
